Dollar General — Local services in North Township

Okay well this is a great place if you need to stop and grab a few items toilet paper spoons napkins you know pretty much every household thing you could get sometimes they have sales on clothing hey you need pajama pants a t-shirt man I went in there a few times they have hidden Penny sales where you get a sweatshirt a hoodie pair of pajama pants for one penny my only complaint is their doors are always broken so they put up signs saying pull the door open pull the door closed maybe you should get that fixed but other than that the prices are pretty much generally low between a dollar and up do employees are great people every time I go in there I always end up talking with them they always seem nice and genuine and always seem happy to work that's the type of place is all they going to well there you have it that's my take on the...

I just left this location on 8/23/25 about 6pm. The first register stopped functioning and I had to go to the nexted register. I was very patient by waiting at the end of the line to get my items rerung again. Then the next register wouldn't print my receipt. The employee told me in front of sevetal other customers that I don't need a receipt if my clock doesn't work. I asked for her to write it on paper and sign off and date it. She stated she can't do that. If this is how DG handles the product and treats thete customers at this location in EC, it's poor customer service and needs to fix this. I enter the store there is a long line. I grab some small items in route to check out. The same line still long it never moved. So I get out of line Walk down the aisle ask a lady who works there...is she going to open another cash register I needed to get going. Ok now she gives me attitude talking under her breath. I was talking out loud & I just clearly stated "if you don't want to work stay home". This location clearly have attitude's, not knowledgeable of where products are in the store, to much store life most edible products are stale smh & when you walk in the store it's very depressing.
