I found Brilliant Acrylic | Pease Plastics while desperately searching for a replacement acrylic leg for my credenza. The original leg had broken, and with the store where I had purchased the credenza no longer in business, I was struggling to find a 7-inch replacement. A referral from someone on Etsy led me to Scott at Brilliant Acrylic, and I'm so glad it did.

From the start, Scott was quick to respond to my emails and provided expert advice on how to proceed. I initially struggled to remove the leg to send to him, and he was incredibly accommodating, offering to work from a sketch if needed. Fortunately, I managed to prop up the credenza with jacks, remove the leg, and mail it to them.

Throughout the process, Scott kept me updated, letting me know when the leg arrived and how the work was progressing. They exceeded my expectations by completing the job in under two weeks, earlier than initially estimated. The finished product was securely packaged with plenty of styrofoam and bubble wrap, and the replica was flawless—an exact match with perfectly aligned screw holes.

People ask me all the time about the fabulous acrylic furniture pieces in my homes. I have completed four unique projects with Brilliant Acrylic Designs... beautiful pieces created just for us. In all cases, working with them, specifically Scott Gordon, I felt that the sky was the limit. Scott is able to take any idea we throw at him and make it work! In one case, I wanted a custom height vanity seat, with a custom fabric cushion, a swivel and wheels that would glide easily and not damage the marble floor. Scott found some clear rollerblading wheels that look so cool and are perfect! I just love when creative people can think outside of the box and produce something that’s both functional and special, while creating something that has the flair and design to be magazine-worthy.
