Charlie was exceptional in answering my endless questions regarding my purchase and also updating me on the availability and delivery of my furniture. But my complete and utter satisfaction didn’t end there. The furniture was delivered on the day and time as promised. And the two delivery men, Jose and Ricardo, were absolutely spectacular! They took such great care in the unboxing and placement of the furniture pieces so as not to cause even the slightest scratch. They were also very accommodating with a couple small requests I made. I couldn’t have hand-picked two better people to handle my furniture if I tried. I have just one complaint though … and that is their rating system has ONLY 5 stars! Luxilon Funiture was an amazing experience from begining to end. Charlie was the gentleman who helped us when we walked in. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He took the time to show us pieces that weren't in his store but he could get for us to help match the couches we purchased. We waited 6 months at other stores for furniture we purchased and never recieved before canceling. At luxilon Charlie gave us a 6 day delivery time.The pieces showed up that day. The day of delivery the men called us 30 min before with a window time frame and when they arrived they were very polite, professional and got to work right away. They even took the time to setup and let us view the pieces before asking us to sign. I would definitely return to purchase more items.
