Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant of any type. My wife tried to order online but this store would not take online orders so she called as I left work (I work about 15 minutes away) to place the order. When I arrived and found parking my wife was still on hold. I told her to hang up and I went inside. I spoke to the girl in the front about the long phone wait and she said that they were not answering phones because they were short staffed. You would expect that if they answer the phone, instead of putting one on an indefinite hold they would at least hang up on them or explain that they are not taking phone orders. So I then gave her my order which she told me was an online special so she needed to check with the manager. He comes up to the front and said no, this is an online special and he would not honor it. I explained we tried but the online order was not available and we could not get ahold of anyone on the phone. He said they were understaffed and walked away from me. He was rude and flippant. Read moreHopefully it’s just this location but I placed my order around 5:30pm said it would be ready between 6:15-6:20pm. When I pulled up there were about 5+ people already waiting inside. I waited in my car keeping an eye on the pizza portal station (no orders appeared to be ready). I waited additional time past my projected pick up time and after giving them 25 extra minutes I decided to head in and inquire about my order. Since I had selected to pay in store I told the employee that if my order hadn’t been started they could just cancel it. I was told it was started and that I could pay for it-which was another ordeal/lack of basic math skills. I asked about how long would it be, the employee didn’t know and said they were waiting on the pretzel pizza and crazy bread…that was my entire order. I would have just canceled it. I waited an additional 10 minutes. The quality was disappointingly poor (pizza was flat, barely had sauce and crazy bread was undercooked) I won’t be returning to this location again. The store at Glenview Rd and Greenwood in Glenview, IL consistently says on the website that "Online Ordering is coming soon" but still does not have it. On top of that, the store is frequently closed when it indicates on the website that it is open. We end up calling and only after we listen to hold music for a few minutes do we ascertain that it must not be open. Not sure who the Franchise owner is, but they need to invest in their store.
Your website does not allow you to see a menu if you have not picked a store which because the store nearest us does not accept online ordering means we have to pick another store change the day and hour of pickup so we don't accidentally place an order and look at the menu.
