Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Northfield Township

dropped my phone for battery fix and i was told that the phone will be ready by next morning at 11:00am. when i came back to the store, the door was locked. So i went to another store (with same owner) to tell them that i need to pick up my phone at the other location. when they finally opened the door, the staff told me that my phone is not ready and i needed to wait another 1 hour and 30 minuets.

when i complained to a staff member that why isnt the other store open at 11:00am, he responded because “now its only 11:00am” at 11:20am. so are you saying that its ok to let your customer wait for 20 min? And why would you let your customer know to pick up their phone at first place when my phone isn’t fixed? I had to make 4 trips. When i could have just made 2. they wasted my time and i had to reschedule my afternoon meeting. they fixed my phone, but my overall customer service experience was so so. they are nice friendly staffs who are knowledgble with what they do but how they handled this situation could have...

I purchase a Motorola bluetooth head phone and within 2 weeks it stop working. I went into the store to have them look at it at which point they created a service request and told me to mail it back to Motorola and from the time they receive the product allows 48 hours before I would receive the new one. On 2/3/20 I paid over $20 to have it sent the next day and to my surprise I have not received it as yet. I was told by Motorola last Wednesday that their technician was inspecting first and that I would get an update. Tomorrow will make 1 week since they have received it and they are offering me a cheaper product as a replacement which makes no sense. I ask the store for another one come to find out the sold me the last one.... I will never use this store again or reccomend friends and family members anymore. This place should be avoided at all cost as they don't care about some of their customers if you not in their group. Do the research for yourself and you will see exactly...

It was kind of hard to find according to the way Google maps led me but I finally found it and when I did it was a good store for it being a small store. They had everything you needed in one place. I was alittle disappointed but it wasn't their fault. I went in to update my wife's phone and I wanted to get the same phone. The problem was the store clerk hyped me up thinking it was their but they only had one so I was only able to get my wife her phone. That's what I meant by me being alittle disappointed but she did say the next shipment would be in a couple of days so that made me alittle bit more happier I guess. But they had good customer service. The clerk put on my glass protector on my phone and transfered all my info from my old phone to my new one and put it in my new case as well. So I left the store really all ready except not having my phone but I'll have it soon. Keep up...
