First time trying out this bakery. My husband told me about this place and I love another Korean French bakery Tous Les Jours so i was anxious to visit them. Macaroons are way smaller , twice smaller than from my favourite Tous Les Jours and pricier. These two bakeries are both in Glenview.

Macaroon are the best I’ve tried so far , not overly sweet , but gently sweetened, just perfect 👌🏻 still not happy with the tiny size of it though.
Berry tart is delightful not too sweet , good for trying it out for the first time but won’t be getting it since it’s heavy and has lots of cream.
Cream puffs were okay, I love eclairs and these are somewhat similar but didn’t understand much the flavor.
Mascarpone tiramisu is the tiramisu cheesecake basically . Good.
Can’t wait to visit again and try some new things.
22 $ for everything on the pics : 2 macaroons, 2 puffs, berry tart and mascarpone cheesecake.

I love pastries and try to visit them frequently so I can try all the yummies. I've trusted the rainbow cake and it actually looks better than it tastes . Don't get me wrong it tastes good and delicious but for such presentation I'd expect it to be something extraordinary. the peanut bread wasn't fresh I can tell that the texture wasn't fresh ! Bummer ... supposed to be a fresh baked goodies... I liked the tapioca sesame bread , with the sesame seeds obviously. And that almond chocolate pastry is okay too and has actual chunks of chocolate, I though it's be sort of like almond croissant with chocolate filling but it was different. Last time my husband brought me the chocolate cream puff which had 0 cream inside . Disappointing, the pastries quality is declining not as good as when they just opened.

Finally got a chance to try this tiramisu donut, too much powder and barely any filling inside.Almost choked because of that much cocoa powder and it was messy since the powder was all over, and it looks different from the ad pic. As I learned now the presentation is better than the taste when it comes to the pasture from Paris baguette. The best Tiramisu is in...
Read moreStaff NEED to be better educated on product ingredients, especially major allergens. I ordered a chai latte with soy milk. Found out AFTER already drinking almost half that their iced chai is made with a mix containing milk powder. If someone is ordering something with nondairy milk, staff should absolutely inform them if that drink is made with a mix containing milk instead of just making it without the warning. There is no reason a customer should assume that a tea latte is made from a powdered mix, let alone one containing milk, unless the staff tells them as much. And they even charge you more for the luxury of having nondairy milk, so it really should be truly nondairy. They have clearly labeled vegan muffins and those were great, as was their baguette. But letting customers order something with milk when they clearly are asking for soy milk is not only unacceptable but also dangerous. I am lucky to at least not have a severe milk allergy, but some people absolutely do and could make the same order unknowingly. It’s already deeply upsetting enough to me as a vegan to know I mistakenly had something with milk and will likely cause stomach upset, but for some people this could be life...
Read moreI’ve been to other Paris Baguettes in the past and was constantly amazed with how clean the place is, the environment is very beautiful, and there are so many food variety. I was initially super excited to hear a Paris Baguettes is finally opening in Chicago.
It’s been a few years now since they opened and I feel like the Glenview store just doesn’t care at all. The food is good but it is the same type of bread they’ve been selling since grand opening. It would be nice to see a little bit of variety. It’s also weird that there’s barely anything to purchase 4 hours before they close. The tables and chairs are nearly broken/cracked so they aren’t comfortable to sit due to the poor quality.
I think the worst part is the whole environment of the bakery just feels so empty because it’s an huge space. The Paris Baguettes I’ve been to at NYC, Las Vegas, and Korea have such a unique theme going on inside the stores and it makes you feel like you’re at Paris that the Glenview store doesn’t even offer so this store doesn’t feel like it’s part of the Paris Baguettes brand. A few decorations, upgrade seatings and adding sofas, and working with interior designers would make a...
