Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Northfield Township

Hellow , i visited kung fu tea 10 mins before closing today and ordered taro milk tea and they were clearly out of flavor as they served the drink that was in coffee color and taro is a purple color drink with vanilla like flavor. Taro lovers can agree . I asked before taking it and they assured it was taro so i tasted and it tasted nothing like taro so i asked them , they still explained me its like that only and accepted that there is little taro and more black tea so i asked them to remake it as they offered me to , she rudely took the cup and re did it again with a stronger black tea flavor. This process took time so we ended up staying there longer then we intended to due to the inconvenience they caused. I am so upset i reposted my review due to the arrogant response from the kungfu tea . Please stop being stubborn i had tasted the same taro milk tea before from your store and other stores as well, i even have ube ice-cream. I wanted my money back . Why am i forced to drink other flavor tea when i dont want to. Be humble enough to accept your fault please and don't try to manipulate me serving the wrong flavor. I ordered three drinks. The staff made a mistake while packing and knocked one of my drink. The cap has been broken and some of my drink has been spilled. I said "oops" and the staff gave me an unpleasant facial express, and take the drink to the sealing station and just re-seal without making new nor any apologies. I asked her "did you fill my drink again?" and she said "It was already too much of the drink." without any apologies again and gave me another attitude. I asked her my receipt and she was trying to give the receipt from trash can. What an unsanitary practice?? My son loved this place, but I don't think I will go there...

KFT in Glenview!! Honestly, coming from the Chinatown location, the bar was set pretty high in terms of quality. Nonetheless, the Winter Melon Milk Green Tea and Ginger Milk Tea we ordered was fantastic! The facility is clean and feels more spacious than the Chinatown location (perfect for work or chilling with friends). Customer service was exceptional as the cashier explained the seasonal drinks they offered and the customization for drinks (from amount of sugar to toppings)!
