We just had an amazing dining experience at Cafe Lucci - they have risen to the challenge of dining in the Covid era and surpassed all expectations.

Their heated patio/tent area while "rustic" offers everything you would expect from a 5 star restaurant. From the friendly and helpful valet to the amazingly efficient and caring hostesses, Cafe Lucci did not miss a beat in making us feel welcomed. Seating was well spaced and heaters were plentiful. The noise level was fine and all employees were masked and respectful of space.

And the food. Oh the food. The pork chops were sublime, the gnocchi was expertly cooked and well sauced and the sea bass special was flaky and fork tender. The pasta dishes were beyond our expectations both in flavor and size. And this is one dining experience where desert is a must. The tiramisu was a delight, the triple chocolate cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake were rich and delicious.

If this wasn't enough the service was impeccable. There was never a moment where we didn't feel pampered. And all this was done while still making us feel exceedingly comfortable. The owner wandered the floor and ensured that all guests were happy but never imposed himself on the table. We where there for valentine's day I wanted to go to a class restaurant. Service was slow we got bread and garlic ask for butter it took 15 minutes for 2 drinks from the bar still waiting for the butter then 15 more minutes later and we had the guy that gave us the drinks bread and garlic this man said to us is something wrong as he had butter for us. Then 10 more minutes a lady asking for our order so we had some questions can we get a different pasta with the eggplant she said no you can't but pay 8.00 dollars for a different pasta. I am diabetic and that Penn has to much carbs. So we could not understand why so this man came back again and said is there anything wrong and was not polite to us so we said politely that we would pay for the drinks and go he came back with the bill slamming it on the table and said get out of my restaurant now. We did nothing wrong just was not being treated like a customer who is the most important person to a business Then he was rushing us out before we got to finish our drinks I went to the front of the restaurant and my wife was coming he was following her and she said I am leaving then I found out he was the owner got in her face and she get out of my restaurant now.
