From the top down, this indoor soccer facility is an absolute disaster. Starting with the general manager, Tensoon, and Sam, the leadership is nothing short of atrocious. My experience here was humiliating, instead of addressing a supposed “season fee” they claim I hadn’t paid like professionals, they turned it into a running joke and held it over me. At no point did anyone approach me directly to resolve it. Instead, it became gossip fodder for staff, which says everything you need to know about the professionalism here.

The culture is toxic. Staff seem more interested in keeping their friends happy and catering to their inner circle than in running a quality, welcoming facility. They don’t care about improving the experience for players or making it fun, all about their own clique.

The facility itself? Far from impressive. It feels run-down, poorly maintained, and lacks any sense of pride in presentation. You’d expect an indoor soccer spot to be energetic and inviting instead this place gives off a neglected, “just here to collect your money” vibe.

And then there’s the bar. Honestly, what are the ethics around selling beer at a recreational soccer venue? Mixing alcohol with a family sports environment raises serious concerns, yet they seem to have no problem pushing drinks.

If you want a positive, professional, and well-maintained environment to enjoy indoor soccer, steer clear. This place is all about cliques, cutting corners, and cashing in not about delivering a safe, fun, or respectful experience. This place has good fields but too bad their refs suck. And I know every place has bad and good refs but not here they are all bad. The refs are the face of the place and boy they sure leave a bad reputation. Yesterday I went to go see the competition I wanted to make my team there and realized there is not a game that the refs don’t get shit for being bad. There was a specific ref I remembered blonde hair well she kept picking what team she would be against. Also they are supposed to be “professional” she kept talking back to the players and threatening them. I asked one lady after game what she thought and she says that ref “Stacy always picks on me.” I honestly don’t want to go back there if I’m going to have to deal with refs like that. Oh and not to mention refs are SUPPOSED to move with the game but they stand in one place and if they get in the way of play they allow the other team to have possession they won’t call it. So yes I was excited to move to this indoor but now I am more excited to never step in there again. NOT...

This place is horrible they give you a year suspension for a $25 card? Yet the manager talks down to everyone he disrespects women, my wife was offended when infront of alot of kids and women his giving the middle finger to a female employee, he threatens people to call the police if they tell him something he does not like, I asked for his corporations number he denied giving it and just turns his back and walks away, ive read so many complaints about this guy why is he still there?
