I went yesterday I did shopping I ask for many help because I have back problem and neck problem no one want to help I ask for the bathroom they said is closes, I ask another one to help me to got 3 luggages with me she said no mum, the one she was at the register she told me to hold the luggages on the desk I told her I have back and neck problem she said no mum I told her there is any one can help she said no mum she she put every thing on the register every thing fall on the floor she doesn't want to get the stuff so I get around to get my stuff she yelling at me and screaming hard to get out I told her ok help than she said no mum I never see that before there all of them so mean even the manager she said also no mum we don't have to help you I been coming to Dds for about 15 years nothing happen like that before even the manager didn't help all of them bed attitude and non respectful Im very mad about and I will file a big complain at the court house and I need the owner call me please that's unacceptable In the USA is unprofessional too...

I was with my mother shopping, and she asked one of store associates if she could use the restroom. She was instructed in a very rude manner that the store restroom where not "public". She asked again stating that this was an emergency. My mother is a disabled elderly woman that walks with a cane, and takes medication that make her need to use the restroom with short notice and little control. She spoke with two associates, and in an escalated tone instructed my mother to "go look for a manager and ask her". I am very disappointed in this level of customer because that is what has always set dd's apart from other stores. They claim they close at 9:30. Went in at 5 or 10 mins before their closing hr. the cashiers said they were closed for maintenance. There are no signs on their door stating they planned to close earlier than their normal hours. I understand it's a holiday weekend but this is not a small business, this a large corporation & there should be a sign on main entrance clarifying reason they plan to close before their operational closing hours and lock their main entrance door if they want to close early. I've worked in retail before and clearly understand this type of things/situations do happen. But if you plan to close early for what ever reason that is, you make a sign, post on your entrance door and lock door so no one...
