A few weeks ago, I was trying to find a place to get my nails done before a trip to Florida. When I walked into this salon, I was disappointed to see that no one was wearing a mask. The manicure stations were a crammed together in one line so you had to sit right next to the persons getting their nails done on either side of you. The manicurists did not clean the tables between manicures! One woman who appeared to be the manager or owner was eating some kind of pretzels or snacks and was not even sanitizing her hands or the station while eating. Absolutely amazing customer service. Brought my bridesmaid with cerebral palsy here today to get her nails done with me for my wedding Saturday. The ladies here made her feel comfortable, and did AMAZING on her nails, my nails, my moms and my other bridesmaids. They went above and beyond to make us all feel amazing and happy with our nails. The fact my bridesmaid left smiling ear to ear, was able to talk to the nail tech and not feel out of place and looked at differently just was the icing on cake with the amazing work. Went here twice was not impressed. Floors should be swept off and on all day clearly this place has not been. Some techs looked like they still were in they’re pajamas. Work stations should be farther apart so you are not setting on top of each other. Did not see anyone wash they’re hands between client’s. Both times showed pictures of what I wanted did not get even close. Nails were crocked and sharp . The first time the nail tech/owner was on personal calls 3 times while doing my nails.
