I have ordered from Bo-Tes multiple times

Whilst their sandwiches have been able to wet my appetite their consistency for missing time quotas and forgetting orders cannot be ignored.

Orders of 5+ sandwiches will be given a time a quota of 20-25 minutes regardless of how busy the business is, and will still not be ready more than 50 minutes later. The final straw was had when we made a 5 sandwich order to be picked up in an hour, and upon arrival had found that they forgotten our order completely.

This would be redeemed by some of their younger employee's positive behaviors, but the tone and behavior of some of the older male staff makes me wonder why they're allowed to even pick...

There really is not a solid deli serving the Greenbush-King’s Landing-Marshfield Hills neighborhoods so I was happy to find this place in Norwell’s town center. The Brooklyn sandwich was great, Bó-Tes’s version of a classic Italian on a braided Scali roll. The grocery store section is full of specialty food items.
