Simply the BEST! I came across a Dune display at a local boutique (here in Severna Park, Maryland) and was fascinated by the idea. I immediately realized that buying jewelry with sand from the beaches that my wife loves would be the ideal Christmas gift. So I ordered a sunburst bracelet, but unfortunately, the only size they had was a tad bit smaller than my wife's wrist. So, I called Dune.

Dune was world-class professional in their interaction with me to try and either replace the bracelet, or help me find another one of their beautiful pieces. Long story short, Siobhan and Holly went out of their way to assist - I ended up with a 3-ring rope stacker with sand from Narragansett, RI, Sarasota, FL, and Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. To top it off, Dune covered the cost of shipping, gave me a discount, and offered us a courtesy pair of earrings (with sand from Narragansett - her super favorite beach!), in consideration for the slight inconvenience.
