I have been using B12Love for the last 3 years and I must say, it has truly been a game-changer for my overall health and well-being. The Novato location is by far my favorite, and that is largely thanks to the wonderful team that runs it. Tina, the manager and receptionist, always greets me with a warm smile and ensures that my appointments run smoothly. Claire, the nurse, is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my treatments. The atmosphere at B12Love is always welcoming and calming, which is exactly what I need when I come in for my vitamin injections. The staff members are not only professional but also genuinely caring and invested in their clients' health journeys. I have seen significant improvements in my energy levels, mood, and overall health since starting my treatments here. I highly recommend B12Love to anyone looking to boost their energy levels and improve their overall well-being. The Novato location, in particular, is top-notch, thanks to the exceptional team that runs it. First time client. I highly recommend B12 Love in Novato. Start to finish the staff, service and treatment was excellent! I was greeted with a warm welcome, and walked through the different services/ treatments. They took their time to explain their treatments, allowed me to ask questions and I never found myself rushed to make a decision or pressured. The front staff Mariana was very helpful and kind. Claire the nurse was amazing (and that’s an understatement!) She very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision that was best for me. I got two shots and couldn’t believe that I got them. Her technique was very gentle, I didn’t feel them. Dr. Shannon took time to introduce herself and had a wonderful conversation about our wonderful community of Novato. My 17 yr. Old daughter too had a treatment done, IV drip to help her recover from the flu. She had shared that she too had a wonderful experience with nurse Claire and felt better afterwards. Waited until my seventh visit to write this review because I wanted to share a well-rounded, honest perspective on my experience with B-12 Love Novato. From my first appointment on June 20, 2025, through today-July 31, 2025--I've been consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of care and service. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team --Mariana and Tina-make you feel genuinely welcomed. They re warm, professional, and always a pleasure to interact with. Their kindness sets the tone for the entire visit.

And then there's Claire, the incredible nurse guiding me through the Lean Love Program. Claire is not only highly skilled, but also deeply supportive and encouraging. Her positivity is infectious, and her care feels truly personal. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my weekly shots-Claire is simply the best.
