Extra Space Storage — Local services in Novi

we had a great experience registering for five 10 x 22 rooms. We are currently have seven storage rooms that are under the location and we’re very surprised about how nice the storage facilities were Tay, the associate that helped us was amazing. I hope the company knows what a valuable asset they have in Kay. Here is the list we noticed in contrast to where we were currently storing that sealed the deal for us. 1. easy access 2-Security of the storage units combined with the security of personnel as the doors go down so quickly 3-Ample automated lighting 4-Clean restrooms 5-Easy open doors 6-Plowed driveway is clear, snow and ice 7-most importantly is great employees. I’m moving in two weeks and needed somewhere to store my belongings. Extra Space Storage in Novi made the entire process incredibly seamless and stress-free. Everything was easy and contactless; I was able to complete the entire reservation online without any issues.

When I arrived at the unit, I realized I needed to change it, and that’s when I had the pleasure of working with Kay. She was phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including the correct PIN number and clear directions to my unit.

Excellent experience with ExtraSpace Storage, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Kay Radney, store manager, for her professionalism and help! After I made online reservation for an unit, the earliest moving-in day is Tuesday, but I already scheduled moving company to do the move on Monday, Kay, she made the change so I was able to do the move on Monday. Then about two hours before the move, I realized that the unit I reserved is too small, so I called Kay to see how f I can change to a larger unit. She quickly did the paperwork for the unit change. Her quick action made a smooth process for my move!
