My wife called John personally to come fix our fridge that wasn't cooking. He said he would show up a few days later (Thursday) but was a no-show. He never called saying he had to cancel either. When when tried calling his phone to figure out what happened, he wouldn't answer. When we called his office to leave a message for him to call us back, never got a call back. After weeks of not having any response from them, I managed to get Woodworth's name from Whirlpool. John came out, performed diagnostics, and did further troubleshooting when the machine still didn't work. He tried a few things, but still wasn't able to get it fixed. When I tried to (at least) pay him for the service call, his response was "I wasn't able to get this machine working for you , so I'm not going to take your money". Completely blew me away!
