I usually go to donate but when I have time I will have a look around the store. Decent selection, but customer service isn't always great. More recently I was waiting to check out while an employee was talking to another customer—or maybe a friend, based on their conversation. She glanced at me but didn’t say anything, just kept talking with the other customer like I wasn’t there. When they left, she sighed, looked annoyed, and said she could help me at the register. I put my items down, and she took off the hangers and told me the total. I asked if I could give my phone number for rewards, and she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and looked at me like I was dumb. After I paid, she handed me the receipt, didn’t at least offer to fold my items, just left them on the counter, and said “bye.” Not the best...
