EXTREMELY POOR-QUALITY PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and COMPANY OVERALL. DO NOT BUY!!!
This is my second 1-star review EVER, and it is well deserved!!! First, I will review the product itself. I purchased the EMOVE Touring from VORO MOTORS in September 2024. The reason for this purchase was the product's advertised durability, longevity, and distance on a single charge. I would use this product 5-6 times a week to commute to work and back. Living in NYC, I was only able to use EMOVE Touring for 6 weeks before winter. In that time the battery charge has gone down more than 50%! In the beginning, I was able to take 2 round trips to work and back on a single charge. I would still have 2 out of 5 squares left on the battery indicator. After the winter, around March 2025, I began to use this scooter again. This time the most I would be able to do is take 3 one-way trips on a single charge. The battery power has decreased by more than 50%!! Now I would have to charge the scooter after every trip to work and back, as I would not have enough power to come back from work the next day. Additionally, and only after just 6 weeks of use, the front wheel had completely exploded and disintegrated while I was using it. Which put me in extreme danger. ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE JUST AFTER 6 WEEKS OF USE!!! Second, how terrible the customer support has been. I purchased insurance and applied for a replacement part at the beginning of March 2025 to get a new wheel for this piece of shit scooter. Today, June 6, 2025, I received news that the shipping of this part will be delayed for the 4th time!!! It has taken this company over 3 months now to replace the wheel!!! When I called this stupid company to expedite the part many times, they told me that they would work on a resolution and call me back. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK WITH A RESOLUTION. When I would call back, I would get a new rep who would say they would call me back with a resolution to expedite my replacement and never follow up. When I called for the sixth time, the rep told me that I should have applied for airmail, which would greatly decrease waiting time, but now it's too late because the wheel has shipped. I was furious, to say the least! Additionally, they do NOT keep stocks of replacement parts in the US. They had to order this wheel to be manufactured in China and ship it in the container. As I said above, I have been waiting for the replacement for 3 months now and have had 4 shipping delays. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. If, God forbid, something happens to your scooter, you will never get it fixed. They do not expedite or escalate any issues. They do not put supervisors who can make decisions on the phone. They do not follow up. They do nothing but sell you a piece of junk metal that breaks after 1 month of use for $1000!!! Purchase at your own risk! After purchasing this scrap metal for $1000 and using it for 1 month, I have additionally incurred about $1000 worth of commuter charges using NYC public transportation while waiting for the replacement part....

Being a new company I understand the trials they need to go through as far as bringing in certain scooters for consumers. I recently purchased the Mantis King GT before test riding it. I always do extensive research based on YouTube videos and reviews from multiple sources and sites before making a purchase and I believe I made a good choice for my scooter. I could've chosen the faster scooter although mine goes almost 50mph. It may look fun on videos to go faster but people should definitely test the power and speeds of these products before making their choice because it's dangerous if not handled properly. I believe I'll be seeing more of these scooters around, the comparison between Voro scooters and Segway, Ciron etc. is the actual quality, performance and most important the availability. I was excited to know that their's a Voro vendor here and went to purchase mine the very next day. My scooter wasn't cheap but delivered all my needs to commute to work and climb insane hills at work, also off road capabilities which I tested on the light side so far. Read moreI bought my scooter over eight months ago. About one month and I started having an issue with the battery. The whole reason why I purchased from this company in Hawaii versus online is so I could have something repaired in case something went wrong. It took them 2 to 3 months to get back to me to tell me that the battery was defective and that it was covered under warranty. I had to follow up with them all the time otherwise I would not get a call at all. I have probably spoken to five different people or more including a manager, who said he was personally going to take care of me. We are now 11 months from the time I dropped my scooter off. I’ve recently reached out and nobody’s gotten back to me. I’m just going to assume that they’re keeping my scooter at this point and I’m not getting it back nor am I getting a refund. Hands-down, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t even even leave reviews for companies, but this one is going on close to a year, which is absolutely crazy that these people have positive reviews.
