THEFT: NO HELP FROM LEEWARD BOWL'S OWNER.

Just one bad experience can ruin years of good times at the Leeward Bowl Bar. Had someone steal my wallet instead of returning it last night (1/09/20), got HPD involved, filed a police report. The waitress said she saw my wallet on the chair I was sitting on after I paid my tab but thought it was someone else's so she paid no mind, she saw 3 guys just afterward by the chair I was on when they cashed out then my wallet was gone.

HPD asked the owner Richard to see the video footage of time when the theft occurred but Richard said the cameras weren't working and the working cameras don't record?! ALL 4 VISIBLE CAMERAS AT 4 CORNERS OF THE BAR DOESN'T WORK AND THERE'S NO RECORDED FOOTAGE?! Although according to the waitress, the cameras behind the bar works because when Richard isn't around, he calls the bar when he sees them on camera if they're not doing their jobs. I guess that's the most important ones to remain operational to make sure his employees are working and to prevent his employees stealing from the bar but the cameras can't help patrons from being stolen from.

BE CAREFUL AT LEEWARD BOWL because if any crime happens to you in Leeward Bowl, you won't be able to bank on ANY of the cameras in there for evidence or to help you in any case, neither will you receive any help at all from the owner Richard. I hope he knows that withholding evidence...

I made a reservation @6:00pm ...so as we arrived at the bowling alley around 5:50 pm ..as me and my wife approach the front desk where there was a old gentleman... as we waited for him 2 help us he kept on ignoring us walking back and fort talking 2 other people ... so finally 10 mins in waiting he ask us what's are name ...so we told him then after he walk away again 2 help someone else ... then after he comes back... he tell us where is the 15 people that we reserve for and we told him we have only 10 people now and then he says well where are they in a rude manner ...and we said they are on their way soon ...and he says so do u have 10 or 4 ...very rudely ... and there are so much more to say but I'll just leave it as that ... first time here with my family for my boy birthday and all I can say is was a very very bad experience ...I spend over 200 dollars there and with this experience ...never again would I...

Do not go here they rip people off. They charged us for stuff We didn't even receive and they charge multiple of our cards. My wallet was left behind on the table and they insist that there's no cameras for them to check and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and said that if it had cash in it then it's gone. He said I can tell you right now what happened, they took your wallet and the cash and threw it away, then continued to say you know why cause that's what ppl do. He was so rude and condescending the whole time on the phone. My family and I have been coming here for years. I would always tell people go to this place instead of aiea bowl. Never again. Their business must be doing beyond good if they can be blatantly be rude to their customers. Acting as if the customers don't matter nor...
