Fun Fact - there are multiple locations for this restaurant. I learned this the hard way.
The food is good. I will give them 3 stars for that. I take away two stars because of the poor customer service.
I went to Pearl City. Waited for 10 minutes before I was helped. After the woman assisted the customers who were dining in, she was extremely dismissive to me. Telling me, “you didn’t talk to me.” When I told her I called to place an order.
I was confused and wanted to confirm the phone number with her, but she never came back. She just went back to looking at tickets behind the counter. I waited another 10 minutes until I realized she wasn’t going to come back and assist me. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to place an order here.
I call Kapolei and they did confirm I placed my order there. I went to pick it up and they informed me I could’ve just placed an order with Pearl City since it was such a small order. Too bad the woman was so cold and didn’t even...

I went to this restaurant with my husband today for dinner. The restaurant was understaffed, so the service was kinda slow but still tolerable.
I ordered Goong Tod and Pad Kee Mao (Pork, Thai hot), and husband ordered BBQ Pork Summer Rolls and Pad Ped (Beef, Hot).
Goong Tod was crunchy and rich in flavor, and the Pad Kee Mao reminded me of my Thai friend’s home cooking. When it comes to spiciness, they don’t play with it. Thai hot literally means as hot as the food sold in Thailand, so if you’re not used to eating spicy food you might want to order medium spicy instead. I am Indonesian so the Thai hot they’re offering is just right for me.
Husband’s food was good as well, so definitely we’ll come back to this place again sometimes in the near...
