Beware of the maintenance department. They would deceive you into buying services your car doesn’t need. I bought my car new from them, and had been bringing it consistently to them for maintenance. Once I was out of the complimentary maintenance service, at less than 15000 miles, I was told I needed to do brake flush, throttle body service, air filter replacement, hvac disinfection, and wiper blade replacement at steep price. The report I received said that those items need immediate attention. I called the service consultant, Barry, asked which ones I need to do really soon and one which ones can wait. He said I really needed brake flush and throttle body service. And so I did thinking my car would fail if I didn’t. I knew nothing about cars and my fault for just trusting them predators. I later on showed the photo of my original brake fluid (which they sent prior to me approving the quote) to two car technicians, which both said my brake fluid was so clean and pristine and I didn’t need those services I had them done at less than 15000 miles!! I thought servco name was honest being a bigger name in honolulu, compared to other auto shops. I was definitely wrong. They are deceptive and predatory. Especially if you’re a woman who looks like an easy prey, who looks like trusting and don’t know...

My associate was nice. Very helpful went out of his way to show me two types of fuel tank cleaner. He didn't have to. He could have just sold me the expensive one. But he did say others would purchase the cheaper one. I thanked him for that. The person to his left was rude. Didn't ask me if I needed help just sat there. The cashier who checked me out she was nice also. Wish I asked for names especially the rude associate. Overall I will return to purchase another fuel...

They did not really do much for having my car for over 3 hours. Also the guy was fast in declining when you're trying to seek for a solution with tire pressure. Based on the paperwork, all they did was check fluid levels which I do mostly every week. And "adding additive to the gas tank help clean the fuel system" which I buy at walmart for $4. I will not return in this service department even if I still have 3 more service warranty. Waate...
