K.C., Aston, and Michelle are all very professional and wonderful folks at The Spa Guy Hawaii. We wanted a hot tub for a very long time but we were a bit unsure how we would get it into our home high on the hill. They were so helpful and supported us every step of the way. There was nothing for us to figure out ourselves. They recommend Hoku Crane who is an absolute expert. He made it look so easy! He came and looked at our house first to see if it could be done. They also recommended an electrician Keoni at Kannon Electrical who was so professional and knowledgeable. He has had so much experience setting up the wiring of hot tubs. If we knew it would have been this easy, we would have done it years ago. They set up all the chemicals too. We are very happy. They look over all our concerns and handled it. They were always available as different questions came up. They are so kind and professional. Talked to Casey "the owner" regarding cancelling my order. He is threatening me with payment in full even though my order is not for another 6 months out. I am a fair man but will not take his threats lightly. I will keep everyone posted on how this journey goes and will post on insta, fb, yelp, including tagging @khon #rippoff#scam and filing complaint with BBB and RICO if he continues this nonsense. Aloha my husband and I met Dan from Master Spas at a spa convention here on Oahu Hawaii at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. This guy was good, answered all our important questions and shared the great features of our new spa that we agreed to and happy to purchase.
