I moved over 5 lines to Verizon and added 3 more lines once here. I've been a new customer since Sept. 2021. This is the first review I've ever written, but I'm doing so because I cannot get over the incompetence with anything related to customer service with Verizon. The in store reps are very nice and do what they can to help, but I've been working on getting my account/bill fixed since Sept. and nobody has accomplished the task as of yet. I was also sold a promo that "they can't find that promo anymore". I've tried 6 separate times with store reps and customer service reps. ALL of them said they will take care of it and it will be fixed on the next bill. Well, 5 bills into this and it's still not fixed. In addition, nobody can seem to figure out 1. why it was messed up 2. why it's not being fixed. I've clearly laid out the bills month-over-month to illustrate the changes and it's in one ear and out the other. Also, you cannot simply call the store to speak with a rep that I have dealt with before. I go into the Verizon queue and start all over, again with no results. I have to continue to drive to the store and get a promise it will get done, with no results. When I call Verizon directly...no luck. I'm constantly given another number to call, which never works. And one last thing, when I try to get the receipt of the day I moved everything over...it conveniently errors out and cannot be downloaded, although every other receipt or bill on my account online can be downloaded no problem. Read moreThis review begins with terrible customer service in Orange Beach Alabama and ends with great customer service on Hwy K in Ofallon Mo. While at the beach my phone stopped charging. I went in for help in Orange Beach. All I got was a salesperson who only tried to sell me a new phone. Six times she said I needed a new phone. I also watched her try to upsale an older man a $150 pair of earbuds when all his wife needed was a pair to listen to music on the beach. I came back to Hwy K and thank goodness I talked to Samantha. She used her trusty tool and cleaned out the port. The phone again charged. A coworker of hers asked whether she tried to make a sale. No, she did not that day. What she did was to ensure that both my wife and I will continue to come back to this store when we need new phones. It is nice when someone actually provides good customer service....
Read moreI was assisted by 2 customer service representatives today (both at Hwy K location). One named Degan and the other named Xhermie. I came in to have help with setting up a new phone.
I initially was Degan's customer. He dealt with me for 5, maybe 10 minutes, and then walked away to deal with other customers. I told him I was coming in to set up a phone, he turned it on for me, but spent hardly no time assisting me.
I then, asked Xhermie, who was working next to Degan. She was a superb customer service representative. She was already working with another customer and assisting him, but after I asked, she helped me set up my phone and walked me through the steps, even though I technically was not her customer. She showed what professionalism is, in that moment.
