Delicious food, but they try to sneak one past you if you order a pastry. The to-go receipt is a way to verify what is in the bag, but if it’s 7:20, they don’t care because they want to go home, so they just don’t tell you they don’t have the pastry you ordered. We prepaid, so we should get what we rightfully paid for! If they don’t have it, make another one or offer me another pastry, but don’t make me come back to the store and ask to have something I paid for that was not there! That is stealing from the customer and it is definitely wrong. Luckily before leaving the parking lot, I checked the bag.
Check your bag for all contents before leaving!
Normally I would chalk it up to human error and not care much, but since this has happened multiple times and the cashiers never seem to be sorry about it, I’m leaving my message here. Also, because there is no way to reach a GM or owner. I doubt we will go here again. I get that it’s a bunch of teenagers running the place, but at least… actually try! Don’t just check the bag and say “oh well, she won’t miss it”. Bro, I will definitely remember and hunt you down in this store and make you rectify the situation.
My husband has dealt with their higher-ups and said they are so proud of their company and so pompous, meanwhile their systems don’t work, their employees don’t care, and while they have excellent food, they can never improve. Fire whomever is incompetent and fix your dang company! I need to consult for you. Fix your computer systems, double check all orders, and ensure your drive through orders are inspected first. I have other suggestions and would be happy to give feedback as well as my recommendations to solve your issues.

Read moreI have never written a review before but this location was terrible! My family and I stopped here on our way back home. When we got there the place was out of 75% of the items... you couldn't get a salad because there was no lettuce?!
When I ordered I ask for no cheese (I ordered a bbq chicken flatbread) because I am allergic. The lady at the register told me "no problem"... and that they were out of spinach and onions for it. Tha'ts fine, I just wanted food. I got my order and there was cheese on it. I went back to the counter and told them I asked for no cheese because I am allergic (I said it very politely because I know it was busy so it was an easy mistake and I work at a food store so I know how to treat workers kindly) but the way they responded was so rude.
They told me the order didn't say to take off all cheese and told me they were out of flatbread ( while talking to me like I was annoying and being a complainer) but they continued working and not even taking my order back. I didn't care that my order would have been on a different bread but I was not offered something else and they ignored me while I was literally standing there.
My aunt got looked at me in shock and asked them if they were going to remake it. After them ignoring us again the manager realized what was happening and came to the rescue. No place should be out of that many food items and when a customer is being kind, I think a smile and saying "I am so sorry, we will remake that for you" would have been great. I work in a place that teaches us about customer service even when a customer is rude and I could tell no one bothered to train them in customer service. I hate being negative but this...
Read moreI try not to be too impatient with these places because since the pandemic, every place has been understaffed, and these people are overworked. However, today’s visit was very unpleasant for me. I ordered a bagel from the kiosk, and then Went to wait at the designated place to pick up bakery items. One of the associates that worked there are if if I’ve been helped, and I told them that I had ordered on the kiosk and I was just waiting. I waited for a good 10 minutes for one bagel, while the people that ordered right before me, and people that ordered after me got their items right away. I didn’t move, nor did I complain, but I was ignored. Nobody checked again to see if I got my order. I went to the associate I spoke to before, I don’t know if she was a manager, I informed her that I needed to leave, and I requested a refund. She said that she would refund my money, and get my bagel. She also told me that if I ordered from the kiosk that I had to let someone know. I explained that I understood that they were busy but I had to go because I had to go to work. She refunded me like $1.95, which I don’t get because I ordered a bagel and it was almost 5 dollars. She then brought a bagel without the honey walnut cream cheese that I ordered as well. I informed her of that, and then she said “Well you didn’t tell me that.” As if it was my fault! I didn’t say anything after she brought my cream cheese back, and I left with my dollar $.95. I probably will never order from that store again. They need a new system on ordering. I go to a lot of other Panera‘s and they have screens that will tell you what they are working on, and what is ready. This place desperately needs...
