Hearth Lounge — Local services in Oak Brook

Go spend some time @ the hearth lounge with Luis. Great whiskey/bourbon selection, cocktails and beers on tap. Luis is the man, always on his game whether the place is packed or 1 on 1. Good place to catch a game as they have multiple TVs, also plenty of space to take a business call or dinner. I stay quite frequently at the Hyatt Lodge and find myself eating/staying on site even with the surrounding local options. Food is on point, try the steak sandwich or the burger. This place was a complete let down. The soda did not taste or look normal at all. The food was 100% disgusting. The wait time for the quality of food received was an insult. Definitely a waste of time and money. I’ve had fast food better than this place all around. How is this place even making it. The servers energy seemed fake and stressful and had me second guessing if I should even eat at this place. I should have listened to my gut and left right away instead of punishing my gut with that disaster of a meal. Maybe they were having a bad day that day but I’m definitely not giving them another try....

A bit disappointing. I only see one male bartender doing most of the work and a lot of the tables in the restaurant are not cleaned off. Manager said they were gonna be busy cleaning the tables and there are none available. We’ve been here for 45 minutes and we still see all the messy tables. While the servers are ….. ? Who knows .
