DO NOT USE FOR ALTERATIONS! Went to have a stripe added and they offered to hem the pants for me too since I was there. Got home (hour away) and found out the hem was very crooked as well as the wrong length. One leg was off by an inch, other was two inches. Called and after 12 minutes on hold, finally talked to a manager. Apology for the error and an offer to credit account. Two days later, I go to utilize the pants only to find out they sewed the pockets shut when they added the stripe. A $12 expense (not including gas/mileage) has now become $40. I go down to the Oak Creek store to get this straightened out and I was told that they don’t deal with billing and that I will need to call the corporate store.
