DO NOT USE FOR ALTERATIONS! Went to have a stripe added and they offered to hem the pants for me too since I was there. Got home (hour away) and found out the hem was very crooked as well as the wrong length. One leg was off by an inch, other was two inches. Called and after 12 minutes on hold, finally talked to a manager. Apology for the error and an offer to credit account. I ordered on August 13 and was explicit that I needed my order by August 28. August 27, I called and they said they would "overnight AM" it to my employer. Cool! Except when the package never shipped and I call back September 4th to learn it didn't ship and they would rush overnight it again. Wow! Great customer service! I paid for an item with my debit card and a few weeks later I received a bill for an item I already paid for in full. I go down to the Oak Creek store to get this straightened out and I was told that they don’t deal with billing and that I will need to call the corporate store. I asked if anything showed on my account of a balance and the said there was nothing there stating I had a balance.
