Steve came to our home and installed a much larger hard drive on our desk top and cleaned it up from some junk while he was working on it. The machine is now sooo much faster and our storage capacity quadrupled. All for $175 plus the cost of the hard drive. To say I'm happy with his work is an understatement. Had a recommendation for this person to fix computer problems and he did come to my home and remove some malware that had infected my computer however whatever he did disabled the built-in mouse. Texted him thereafter to try to fix it and he did respond however none of the fixes he suggested worked. I then texted him whether he had been able to research the problem and got no response meanwhile I can’t use my lap top as the mouse is disabled. Do not recommend this...
