To further add to the staggering 1 star reviews; i agree. Do not support this business. We pulled in with a truck load of donations (head board and light fixtures). Unbeknownst to us we were there 6 minutes before they opened 8:54 (but the chain was down and all the lights were on). Two employees staggered out of the donations drop off door. They didnt say hello or good morning just “not open”. They then proceeded to ignore us and get in there truck and leave. They did mention that all donations had to be approved for acceptance and that they wouldnt look at our or call some one else to. They then just left while we were still talking. Will not be going back. Habitat for humanity (a once great organization) needs to learn its place. This is no way for a non profit donation driven organization to work. We will not be supporting this place further. If anyone wants our headboard and light fixtures they can be found down the street at the salvation army. Im certain former President Carter would be ashamed of whats become of this...

Contacted Habitat to pick up a several old items after my mother passed away last year, furniture was pretty rough, but I was told it was fine, "you'd be surprised what we take" . Scheduled last week for a 5 year old sofa with a pick in the cusion, the boy had been here before, he reluctantly walked up on the porch, unwrapped the sofa and pointed to the pick and says yea I'm going to pass. Take it to the road or call salvation army! I was not happy, especially since they were explicitly told prior. I won't donate anything else there ever again. I was trying to recycle, but apparently if it doesn't come in brand new condition its not worth lifting anymore. Got to keep up...

A limited variety of clean items for sale. Very friendly sales staff. This used to be one of the best Restores in NC, however it was rearranged after Christmas this year and is not worth going to. Many categories of items are no longer in the store. The store has more furniture than anything else. The prices are not reasonable any longer. We are no longer donating at this site because of the prices. I have overheard several people in the area voicing these same complaints. A perfect thing does not need...
