Once again this target in oakdale Minnesota has shown its lack or willingness to address a customers inquiry into confusing product placement and signs with prices that at a average consumer would expect reflects what is on the shelf...nope nope!!!!..this oakdale Minnesota target will have a dismissive condescending floor manager belittle an more than honest question why when I m asking about house plants on a shelf that is clearly marked $8.00 for the 4 inch plants and $12.00 dollars for the 6 inch plants and told even though yes "SOME " of the 4 inch plants are in fact $8.00..but "YOU!" didn't take the effort to flip over the plants to actually "SEE" that even though more than half the 4 inch plants are marked $12.95...ohhh and this is being told to me by a 20 something year old to a arthritic 63 year old as the 20 something is on hands and knees looking up at me pointing to the barely legible writing that says 4 inch sunflower plants are $8.00 dollars..I'm 5'11 inches tall and signs placed 3 to 4 inches off the floor and clearly marked I can see..no problem..(ok getting long enough) once again Targets stance accordingly to the on floor manager was even though all the other signs and product placement was easy to understand and NOT ONE SIGN REFLECTED PLANTS MAY COST $12.95 it was still the fault of the consumer/guest not taking the time to get on hands and knees to verify that just one house plant reflected the clearly marked $8.00 price and even though the $12.95 plants are mixed in on the same shelf..the guest should have flipped over the plants to ....absolve TARGET in confusing there guests............DO BETTER TARGET DO...
Read moreI have never been treated so horribly in a store in my life. Today my daughter and I went to Target and for some reason the loss prevention officer decided to follow us around. We were walking around the store grabbing things to buy when he first starts circling us, he then proceeds to come up and ask if we need help finding anything, I said no he quickly walks off. This unfortunately wasn’t the end, this man continued to watch us through the store and even followed us to the registers watching as we checked out as if we were criminals. I bought a phone case that was in the plastic enclosure, I scanned it and asked my daughter to have the customer service person remove it, this man came running up and said I’ll help. My daughter explained we scanned already and just needed removed, he walks over to me and says I will remove it once you scan it, both of us explained again it was already scanned. He then took his hand as if he was going to hit the back button to look and then says to me are you sure you scanned it, I advised him once again that I had already scanned. Once I paid, he ran to the back. I should have just dumped all my stuff then and there. We spent over $300 and did nothing suspicious in this store to deserve to be followed and questioned like we were. Second TM would not honor price match this item even tho it clearly show a different price on the app when you scan the item. Second TM told me “we can’t do this, we can’t do that or go to guest service desk and see if they can help you”. You can literally adjust the damn price at the register don’t be sending me to guest service!!! On top of that, first TM literally scanned & charged me the damn item - the one item that they both would not price match!! Never EVER shopping here again!!! Now I gotta waste my time to freaking call guest relation, Urgh can my night get any BETTER, especially on my daughter’s 16th birthday ?!! You both shouldn’t be a cashier if you don’t know wth you’re doing! I only go here cause it’s closer to home and it was my daughter’s sweet 16 today!
Lino lake location have the best customer services who is willing to go out of their way to help other than sending me out the door. I’m not one who would argue over price match but I do go by what the app say. At least this location has nice, professional and polite TMs. Never had an issue there ever. Will continue to shop at Lino lake despite the commute...
