ALDI — Local services in Oakdale

This Aldi's is nice and well stocked. They are beginning to have brand items there now like Oreos which I have not seen before.

I will say though that each time we go, there is this one gentleman who is an employee that always sweeps the aisles and stands there and waits for you to move. He seems like a nice person, but it's just slightly strange behavior/mannerisms because it happens almost every time I'm at Aldi's. My most recent trip, he came directly up to my husband and I in the middle of shopping, and notified us that they were closed. We apologized and didn't realize the time, had an announcement been made over the speakers we would have left in a timely manner but there was no warning announcement. It seems he just needs more training or reminders because most people just want to shop and go, not get disturbed each time on their...

Opening day was today and the first 100 people were supposed to get a gift bag.. Well they decided to start handing these out at 6am to people who then just left to come back once they opened at 9am. That really isn't the main problem thoguh, the main one is, they now have people standing in line thinking they are the first ones and will get it, but in reality all the 100 numbers are already taken. There is nobody outside telling people this either, really crappy thing to do. They also were letting people from the same household grab more than one ticket, for example a mom pulled up that had a ticket & then each of her 4 SMALL kids had their own ticket. This place is really good the only thing that I have bad to say about it and I'm not the only one is that right when you walk and it smells like human pee really bad and I don't know if somebody did that and it says permanently stained in the walk-in carpet mat or what but the first part of the store does smell like that which something has to be done because I'm allergic urine no joke. So whenever I go to the store I can't be in there for more than like 10 to 15 minutes. So that's the only negative that I have...
