Mo might not screw up often, but when she does it's bad, and on every level. I've had three haircuts with her and two out of three of those have been fine. Unfortunately the last haircut I had was terrible. I don't know where the disconnect happened, but somehow my hair ended up 3 inches shorter than what I had asked for, as well as a complete hack job on my layers. I have a haircut that I am ashamed of, I don't even like looking in the mirror. When I wrote to her afterwards explaining how upset I was, she offered some shampoo. When I went to pick it up at the time she specified, she wasn't there, and didn't answer her phone or email. When we finally were able to connect via email she made excuses. I'm not going to get into all the details, but what I can say is that her complete lack of customer service is very disheartening and frustrating. I have one of those cuts that when people see my hair instead of saying 'your hair looks great', they say 'oh your hair looks… different.' In the end of it all, it won't be her abilities or (lack there of) as a stylist that keep me from returning, it is her complete lack of care and responsiveness as a stylist with her clients. So if you decide to go with Mo, just hope she doesn't mess...

Mo was wonderful! It was my first time ever getting a hair dye and cut professionally! I love the energy, it was clean, and the interior decor is on point! I've never seen another salon that compares! 👍🏼 If you're looking for someone to take care of you and ACTUALLY listen and give suggestions to what you are looking for, she's your girl! Thanks again! Mo rocks. Needed a new stylist after my previous barber left the area and decided to move away from barbers altogether as my hair was longer. I am 5 cuts in and Mo perfected my desired style after 2 appointments. She worked with me to find something that makes me feel good and fits my style. Clean, awesome shop with good vibes only....
