I live across the street from this location and have been going in there weekly for about two years. I’ve had typical retail experiences there, some good, and sometimes with staff that makes it clear they don’t want to be there, or get off their chair.

A few months ago I started dealing with Samantha just as a timing coincidence. However, she wasn’t just attentive and pleasant for that store, she is what retail experiences should be. When my product was out of stock she would hold it when it came in and called me to let me know. She was also not just knowledgeable about most of the products, but she was HONEST.

She also made some excellent recommendations but what drove me to write a review was that she was a professional, and you don’t find that often these days in a retail environment.

I’ve managed a variety of retail stores in my 35 year career and would say sincerely that this is the personality type with a work ethic that changes a brick and mortar experience, it’s the general suite of traits you want serving your customers and as the consumer it’s the representative you want to work with. I have been very pleasantly surprised that each time, every week, she has some intensely positive energy, snd in retail, that can be tough, but she nails it. I stop in on my way to work and now leave a little extra time so I can talk with her a little more.

So while my review is a bit wordy, and from the other reviews it’s easy to see Samatha is crushing it, but I wanted to add in my observations, since it’s pretty uncommon for me to run into retail experiences that were impressive enough to document and share with others.

I just left this location five minutes ago. I’m usually a regular at this location it was someone ahead of me he service them then He got to me. He sat there and stood and stared at me and said do you have a ID before I even can say I was getting anything. I said can I use my passport or I have a picture of my ID inside my phone he said no we’re not taking any of that we need valid ID. I said OK I understand the rules. then I proceeded to ask Why didn’t you card the guy that was ahead of me he told me he know him and he never saw me before so I asked him Why aren’t you supposed to card everybody regardless if you know them or not he said well he’s a regular. I told him I’m a regular also you can look my number up in the system I just never seen you before just like you never saw me so regardless of who’s the regular and who’s not.I have no issue with the rules and I know I was in the wrong because I didn’t have my ID with me, but I also feel like you shouldn’t pick and choose who you want to card and who you...

Me and my husband just moved to New Jersey about a year ago and we have been looking for a new vape shop and we finally found one we love. Been to 15 plus in a year and we found our new home fav shop. We are now going to be regular customers. We went in last night to buy new vape mods, juice and Britney at puff & pipe was extremely helpful. Britney has amazing customer service and she sure goes the extra mile for her customers. She gave us amazing options and she cared enough to find us good products that will last and not give us issues. Britney treated us amazing.
