DO NOT GO! Most unprofessional massage place I've been. When I made the appointment, I specifically booked with a female masseuse but once I was fully prepared and lying down in the room, they gave me a male masseuse; when I confronted them about the change, the front desk lady gave so many different and illegitimate excuses saying no female masseuse for today or that she is coming later... I had purchased a Swedish massage but the masseuse was so rough. I told him that I have a disk in my lower back so do not go over that and he said, OK! OK! but he did not listen and continued. I also told him that it hurts and even made body languages of showing pain, but he still continued to be rough and hard. Apparently he did not even understand English and pretended to do so as I came to know this towards the end when he asked the front desk lady to translate something I had asked him. After all they put me through, the front desk asked for a tip. I gave her some amount and she kept insisting that I have to give 12% of my purchase!! This is while I got the worst service and too much pain. Ever since that massage, I've been having severe back pain in my lower back disrupting my daily life activity. I am even now going to physical therapy for the pain he caused me in my lower back with disk, which I clearly told him about and asked not to massage on. I regret so much going to this massage that I just wished I could go back in time and never go there. They have basically disrupted my life, caused me so much pain and expenses for...

If I could give zero stars, I would! This has nothing to do with the massage, which could be fantastic, but the fact that I couldn't use a Groupon that I had paid for and still had 18 days left to use. The business wouldn't let me use it stating that they were losing money through the Groupons that were being purchased. That isn't the customer's fault and something the business needs to take up with Groupon. A massage business is going to not gain customers when they don't allow them to use a Groupon certificate that they paid for and hadn't expired. Received a call and then a text from the business a few minutes later saying the manager said I could use the Groupon. But frankly you had your opportunity to do right when I called in to schedule. As I alluded to in the back and forth texts, I mentioned that I had called in a few weeks earlier to schedule an appointment that day. I knew there were appointments available based on your website, but had to call to schedule because of my Groupon. You told me there weren't any appointments for the timeframe I was looking for and I couldn't schedule at the time you proposed. You are screwing customers who could help recommend and build your business. Can't recommend a business who does this to their customers no matter how good your massage may be. Not only will I never visit your business, I will never recommend anyone else to do so either. What a poor and unprofessional way of representing...

The worst place ever visited! The rudest, and most aggressive man.

The booking agents were great to get an appointment - called as saw Groupon as, visiting family in Fairfax had no idea of the local area. They had on the day availability, didn’t take a name but booked in at any time to Suit but said don’t pay groupOn and pay them direct which was no problem. On arrival, the man was I expecting of someone arriving and said this your number - he then said you ok male masseuse? I said the preference was a female but if only male available then no problem. This was asked twice, they said you can only have male. I was then told to go and undress in the massage room, I was left for 15 minutes before another customer arrived saying she’d also booked the day before and also said no one took her name and the man said well I’m confused now and came back to me to say wait 5 mins, I expressed that I’d already waited a while he then said ok fine aggressively and started applying excessive unnecessary pressure to hurt my shoulders, another man then walked in the room and stared at me for a few minutes and the other man stopped and they were arguing loudly in Chinese for a few minutes which made me feel quite anxious.
