Lanier Produce — Local services in Oakwood

I’ve wanted to check this place out for awhile. Looked very pretty from the outside. I walk up and a guy was cleaning the windows he was friendly but as soon as I walked in I said good morning! Two older ladies said good morning but it was cold ! But I thought maybe they was busy. Didn’t think nothing of it. I walked around and saw they had organic produces. Super excited and it was kinda expensive but I wanted to support the business! A few older couples came in and the lady that work the front desk she said good morning to them first! She was very friendly to them but I didn’t get the same energy. a few more ppl same came in and she still kept the same energy. I walk to the front to check out and she was still cold to me ! She wouldn’t look at me or anything. I was very uncomfortable!! I ask her do u take card? She never answered me. I ended up giving her my card and she hand me my card and my card and said bye. I told myself I wouldn’t be back. Just so everyone knows I’m half black and I don’t like thinking that they was being racist but it’s hard to not think about. How they treated me. Nicely laid out and a calm atmosphere. I recommend paying with cash because the card machine (accepts visa and MasterCard) is slow. Lots of pumpkins right now but I didn't see any prices to them. Many apple, pear, and orange choices. There's also a locally grown section which is neat....
