Wonderful Jewelry store. The staff is very kind and very helpful. We had a diamond fall out of my wife's wedding ring and wanted to place it in a new setting. We picked out a new ring ( and a few other items they had:) While having a Great experience with the staff here. From start to finish they held tight to their word on time frames, prices and what to expect. The work was done quickly and perfectly. There was no pressure, no gimmicks and no trying to over sell us. What a Wonderful experience for both my wife and I. Honestly over the years I have not been in Gause & Sons a lot because I always felt the prices may be to much for what I'm looking for.. I Could Not Have Been More Wrong. In 2008 my now husband and I shopped around locally to find him the perfect ring. We went to several jewelers where the customer service was sub-par. For our last stop we decided to look at Gause and Son. We were dressed casual but treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. They took time to help us find the perfect ring.
