If you enjoy being treated like a white trash idiot, then this is the place for you. I went to this place because they were recommended to me. I had a bag of jewelry, about nine pieces in all, that needed repairs. I don't drive, but figured I could walk there from where I live. So I imagined I looked a bit heated when I walked in. I was the only one there and all three women stared at me like I was a freak. Not one said Hi to me. So When Miss Porter finished with her call she offered to help. Now I know very little about jewelry but all the pieces I had were my dead mother's. I was planning on fixing them and giving them to family members this weekend. I pulled out two of the rings. They needed a simple repair to be reshaped is all. She flipped them around as if they were tin. Then explained to me it would be $35 for each one and it would take two weeks. Because they were so "backed up". I am not an idiot. I know what it entails. I didn't even show her the other items in my bag. I knew she was lying. It was obvious she didn't want my business. So I trucked it all the way back home, feeling like a big waste of time. Called my other local jeweler who could do the same thing for $10 for both, and while I wait. I know a lot of women. My experience with this jewelry store has been nothing short of beyond expectations. My wedding set was purchased across the country where there are no nearby stores to continue my free services with my warranty. I lost a small chip diamond on my ring and went down to see if they could repair, resize, and clean it up. Anna helped me and made sure I did not feel rushed through the entire process. She educated me on the specifics of the cuts and ensured I knew what I was agreeing to paying prior to leaving my ring with them.

I checked in a twice near the end and Anna never made me feel like an inconvenience for being excited to hear about the process and estimated time of completion.

Upon picking it up today, one of the other ladies helped me get checked out and on my way. The ring looks more incredible than it has ever looked and it’s so beautifully done. She also let me know I could always come in and get it cleaned (without being charged which was an issue in my last area due to its remoteness.
