Angelica the front office clerk (Hispanic woman with brown hair) is extremely rude. She treated me so horribly. I arrived 15 minutes early and had my appointment 15 minutes late. When it came to my appointment it was rushed carelessly. I never received an apology and Angelica angrily refused to provide the services she’s paid to give. She wouldn’t alert the doctor that I was there when it was 6 minutes past my appointment time and I asked her politely. She also refused to schedule my next appointment. I had to have the nurse go in the back to schedule my appointment because she refused to assist me. She is a horrible person to hire for a medical office front desk clerk. I had to do my best to not let this affect the rest of my day when I struggle and need...

They've been good the time i came before (i mean, they did their job) but I'm standing here at 3:30 on a Friday and they're closed. The sign on the door and the recording when you call says open until 5pm. Even if the Google time of closing is correct it's still a half hour early, and who knows how early they really did close cuz there's zero sign of anybody in there. This ain't a restaurant near closing with a bunch of young workers trying to get out to go party, this is a public health center shutting down a whole hour and a half early. I work in hospitals and this is unacceptable. Not even a sign on the door explaining...

Actually quite a good experience every time I go there, especially because it is a county office right. The old spot always seem to be a hassle and didn't have a very good feel. Kind of a weird building anyway. The only reason I couldn't give it a five star is do to how slow it was moving. Probably not their fault . Probably running on a skeleton crew or some other Covid related reason. Overall Great experiences every time. Usually...
