I'd rate the cookies a 4. They are a little too sweet for me and have too many ingredients for my taste personally, but have good texture. The drop in 1 star is based on their customer service's knowledge. I asked for the ingredient list for their birthday cake cookie to determined if it had any allergens; the customer service rep wasn't provided with any ingredient lists. I checked their website for ingredients; they have some basic nutritional information for their "classic" cookies with some allergens listed, but no ingredient lists for any of their other cookies. I contacted their customer service through their website; no response after over a week.

Also, keep in mind they decorate/frost their cookies after they're ordered. This is a pretty slow process, so if you're in a hurry then this is not the place to go. We ordered 6 cookies and there were no other customers present. The customer service rep read a recipe card while slowly frosting and topping each cookie. It should've taken 5 minutes but instead took about 20 minutes. I can't imagine how long it would've taken if there were...

Food: I ordered the half dozen box of cookies and got almost one of every flavor. I also ordered the OG Shake. The cookies were warm, perfectly topped and layers with crumbles of different dessert toppings. Each cookie is a massive size which definitely fills your cravings. I would definitely recommend getting the half dozen or full dozen and cutting each cookie into 4ths to try each one and share with the group. The shake was very rich and delicious. It was easy to eat and the straws they give you are awesome!

Service/Location: The workers there were very nice and friendly. The location is in a really nice little food area and is a perfect spot to grab dinner and then Dirty Dough for dessert. While I was there, the line was never empty, but it would move very quick. The store is super clean and modern.

Overall: Even if you're not a cookie fan, between the shakes and mixed sodas, you got to try this place out. I'm glad to have a new dessert place that is open later for that late night...

Love this place! I got a box of assorted cookies, and I am still not sure which was my favorite! Each flavor was delicious!

These cookies would be perfect for birthday parties, work events, or other hosting opportunities that need a little sweet. Cutting each cookie into quarters is the perfect little serving size.

I also had a coconut Dr. Pepper, which was super good. They have multiple sodas with various add-in flavors. Highly recommend the sodas.
