On Dec. 22 , I ordered a floral arrangement from a funeral tribute store for a funeral for a Dear friend that passed away, funeral is on Dec. 27. On Christmas Eve day the tribute store called to tell me that my flower choices were unavailable and no substitutions available! Seriously?! They said my order was cancelled and hung up on me! I immediately phoned other flower shops only to be told because of the holidays nothing was available! Then I found 1-800- flowers whom said they could do an arrangement and deliver in Dec. 27, yay! My worries were over! Or so I thought! 4 hours later they called me back to say the flowers weren't available and they could do nothing for me! Again? Frantic that we weren't going to be represented at the funeral, I was at my wit's end!

Wanted so badly to pay tribute to a very kind soul and nothing was working out! I hopped in the car and drove down the road to our nearby Piggly wiggly. Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted with a smile by Amy S in the floral department. She could hear the stress in my voice, I'm sure.I explained my dilemma and she asked what she could do to help! She explained that she was off the next 2 days for holiday, but offered to fix me up an arrangement immediately to take with me. She assured me of it's freshness and would still be lovely for Monday. In a meer 10 minutes, she added more colored flowers to a fresh existing arrangement and it was beautiful! My Christmas holiday instantly got less stressful knowing this was taken care of., I will deliver it myself to funeral.

This is the most accommodating grocery store I've ever been in. All styles of shopping carts from motorized to larger seats for older disabled children and adults in the pushcart push wheelchairs small two-tier grocery carts and larger regular grocery carts oh yes in Shopper in training carts. A special fit for each shopper which is unusual and some of the larger stores. Wide variety of flowers in their floral area and they also carry the marshmallow cream covered Easter eggs from Quality Candy. Beautiful produce department with great sale and regular prices. Many gluten free and organic products. Something that you couldn't find in any other grocery store in the area. The staff goes out of their way to help you and are so kind. Currently there's a voting contest where customers came up with different flavored bratwurst and now it's been narrowed from a large field to a medium field and voting is still available. Now how many grocery stores do you know that make a special sausage for their consumers that the consumer came up with. This review reflects my experience with a manager by the name of Jeff and is not a reflection of the store as a whole! Very poor customer service from "Jeff" I very politely asked if it was possible to sell a compari, or the like, tomato. Before I could finish, Jeff walked away and over to the tomatoes looking for them. I had to tell him loudly, "they aren't there I was asking if they could sell them?" First he said "they can't get them" then he said "What are they?" Then he said they "do sell them every once in a while". I explained that I shop there very frequently and look every time but have never seen them. He said they sell a similar tomato. Compari have the best store bought flavored tomato without being cherry or grape size. The only better flavored tomatoes they've sold are cherry and grape size, not compari or a like tomato!
