We were very disappointed with the service. We brought our riding lawnmower in to be serviced and was charged $ 530 and got it home and started mowing and immediately started blowing black smoke. We were told to bring it back and they charged another $130 and then preceded to tell us that it would be an additional $1200 to replace the block that was worn out. Basically we spent $730 for unauthorized new parts to be told the lawnmower would not run without a new block. My suggestion to anyone that asks for repairs to be called with an estimate before you are charged for expensive parts that you did not authorize and do not even repair your mower. You don’t know until you get home and it doesn’t work and you are totally out the money with no repairs done. Everyone should expect an estimate before expensive repairs are done so you can determine if worth your money. When we picked up the second time it would not even run to get on trailer and we left the lawnmower for parts after we made payment. We expect to pay for labor for diagnosis for problem but not about throwing our money away on a problem that was going to cost more than a new one. A complete rip off in my opinion. If anyone uses them do yourself a favor and tell them to not touch anything before asking for an estimate on repairs. Too late for us but if this saves someone else money it was worth...

Not only did they charge me more than what they told me it would be, but I was lied to on multiple occasions. They told me a date it would be ready by but it wasn't because they said they couldn't find the part. The young girl gave me a new ready date for 2 days later so I asked how she knew it would be ready in 2 days if they still haven't found the part. She admitted that she made it up because she didn't know when it would be ready. They called me a week later saying it was ready but not only was it more expressive but the older guy looked at my bill and said they didn't even need to order anything. I told him about the lying and his excuse was she was new. Who knew that new employees didn't have the sense not to lie to customers and then admit to it when asked about it? To top it off, they had my mower for over 3 weeks and when I got home it...

Very awesome customer service..but I had an lawnmower repaired here a few months ago .they kept it for a few weeks more than expected bc the could not get my part which was ok. Got the mower home and beganimg to cut my yard and I was charged full price for a new part that was an used part also they torn up the deck on it during the repair.after one cut it was broken worse than it was before I had them repair it... Beware and make sure u are getting the new parts u are paying for...would not recommend getting any kind of service from...
