If you don’t specifically ask about their pricing or haggle with them you get placed in the highest bracket for monthly charges. If you try to cancel you best hope to go in person because they rarely answer their phone and suggest you contact them through email or social media after you owe them and they threaten to send you to collections.

Don’t pay for the ability to cancel your membership cause it’s impossible and they continue to charge you.

I recommend finding another family owned business. Don’t waste your time.

In regards to the business response the team member kept talking and talking about, “just pay your bill” (most recent charge since my card declined for September which I don’t go anymore since like April or earlier) and saying I should of reached out by social media to cancel is they don’t answer their phones.

Why would I call you back just to be talked down too first? I admit I lost it at the end seeing you only care to continually charge for unused services that has for a good while been trying to cancel.

We were on auto pay and after my husbands 6 month contract ended they renewed the contract with no authorization but stopped autopay. So the whole time we thought okay we were good bc we werent getting charged, until collections called us. They renewed the contract and put us as not paying the monthly charge and all the late fees. Not ONCE did they ever try to contact us by phone, mail or email. They said it must of went to junk mail but that is such a copout. A phone call to even authorize the renewal or even to put it in a contract we never received. Almost $400 was going to go into collections unless we paid $132.01 to be forgiven! Overall I would consider this a bad experience. My trainer was insulted that I didn't follow all of his advice. Another day he said something offensive to me so I let him know, then he decided to preach to me about how wrong I was for the rest of the hour. I went with advice from a guy with 2 PhD's. Learned a little bit about lifting and I was happy with that. Since that trainer no longer wanted to work with me I went and canceled my membership and they charged me $100.
