While my professors and classes are great, it doesn't make up for the lack of organization in the school's system itself. The accounting office is terrible, and it takes them forever to even do anything, even things that SHOULD have been done BEFORE the semester began. As a transfer student with a 3.0 gpa, I was awarded a scholarship, which would considered me in-state. It's a $1,000 difference between being labeled a resident or not. I submitted my agreement back in August, on it's due date; it's october and the only thing I'm waiting on is for them to apply it. This means I had to open a payment plan with a company that I have had problems with at my previous school. The accounting office is useless; if you ask them a straightforward question, they will beat around the bush and repeat one concept over and over, thay doesn't even begin to answer the question at hand....

It will take up to a week for many instructors to respond to class questions and up to a month for your advisor to respond to you- if at all. The best part of the lack of communication was having to register absentinia- for about 250 bucks- and then having to wait a full semester for the degree. If you have to register in absentinia you will be charged this amount and not receive an invoice, but instead be told about it when the semester is nearly over. The classes are poorly designed for online content compared to others I took at different schools. I also had teachers ignore emails I sent asking questions about the lesson with no response. I would avoid...
Read moreSent multiple transcripts 4 months in advance. Was assured multiple times by admissions that the application would be complete, so contacted advising to remove my hold to register. Then advising says I'm not yet admitted. I played messenger between departments for weeks, now not able to register in time for classes because of terrible organization, lack of interdepartmental communication, incompetence of admissions department, and an understaffed advising department. My graduation has now been pushed back another semester, and so goes my grant eligibility. If I hadn't already MOVED to this town to finish school then I would have certainly gone with a more professional...
