Love their cake pops. Moist and delicious! Have heard a lot of good things about their bagels but they are too firm/hard/dry for my taste and I always need them to be softer.

Service is always good. Their baristas seem really chill!

One of their baristas once suggested adding chocolate milk to my cold brew. I tried it and liked it! It is a bit heavy on those whose stomachs tend to be a bit more sensitive but can be drunk once in a while, here and there. I am not a coffee person so I cannot comment on their drinks but I can comment on their chocolate covered espresso beans. I love them so much, I have purchased 8oz and 16oz cups of them! Highly recommend...

I specifically asked for Gabriel’s name before I drove away this evening. I am a frequent customer and have always had good service but tonight she added a bit more of a touch than I’ve received before. She asked me if I wanted stoppers and told me to be careful as they were hot. She put a pink lid on mine and black on my husbands as she heard him on my car speaker telling me his order. She was both personable and professional. I don’t know if she is new to your facility or I’ve just not had the pleasure of seeing her before but she is definitely a keeper. Happy...

About 2 was ago we drove up and requested the usual, when we were down the road my sons drink was full of broken like plastic matters...we went back returned the drink showed the young lady's what was in it....she called management and they took my name and number according to her they call me right away to figure what went wrong... the call came the next day to ask me who had prepared my drink that they were going to review and investigate... never heard from them again sad to see they didn't even care that my boy had drank this plastic...
