I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from BlueRidge Lumber Company. Not only did they fail to complete the job correctly, but they also had the audacity to blame me for half of their mistake. Despite clear evidence of their error, no apology was ever offered. Instead, they chose to argue and fight with me in an attempt to save a few dollars. It's disheartening to see a supposedly reputable company treat their customers in such a manner. Louise was such a help when it came to my kitchen remodel. She guided me through the process and offered recommendations when I asked for input on contractors or other services. She came to my home and designed a beautiful layout really listening to my needs and taking my homes limitations into account. She was very patient and I never felt rushed or pressured.
