Arrived at 11:33 the place was about 2/3 occupied and most tables already had their food orders After 5+ minutes, the waitress arrived to get my order: Coffee and ice water I asked if they had scrapple on the menu -- she didn't know what that was Instead, I ordered corned beef hash, sunny side up eggs and home fried potatoes About 15 minutes later I asked if I could have my coffee At about the 55 minute point, I asked the manager/owner to come to my table I asked her to find out what was delaying my order She returned to tell me that the kitchen cooks the orders in sequence -- first ordered is cooked first and there were orders ahead of me By this time the place was only 1/3 occupied She expected the order to be ready in about 15 minutes At 12:28 my order was served The corned beef hash was warm but not crispy The eggs were scorched, the yolks just about hard boiled done ... but the potatoes were perfect 90 minutes is far too long for a mediocre...
