I purchased a Groupon in early June for Fierce Beauty Lounge to help support this local business. Right as salons re-opened in NJ at the end of June, I was so excited to use my Groupon and get a haircut by Savannah. Once I arrived at the salon on July 3rd, Savannah told me that they were no longer dealing with Groupon, which was never told to me on the phone when I made my appointment. I spent a half hour driving here, just to be told that I couldn't use my Groupon and I would have to pay for my haircut (in essence twice). She also told me that Groupon would issue me a refund and that this would be hassle free. Well, after contacting Groupon, my refund was never issued. They gave me a "credit" in Groupon bucks. She didn’t just take my money for services I wanted. She gave all pros and cons and allowed me to decide what was best for me. I am recommending my other friends go see Emily.
