Casual Canines — Local services in Ogdensburg

I have used Casual Canines for quite awhile and always loved the cut she gave my dog Charlie. Recently (month or so ago), I had an appointment and went to drop off my dog. No one was there and the door was locked. It was raining really hard and another woman was standing outside in it, waiting. After 15 minutes I called and left a message. Shortly thereafter I received a call back and was told she had an emergency with one of her dogs. I was totally understanding and took my dog back home. A couple of days later, I still hadn't heard back to reschedule so I sent a text inquiring about her dog. She explained the issue with her dog, but still failed to suggest a date for my dog's grooming. After sharing this story with a couple of colleagues and friends, I came to find out that she has done something similar in the past, not sure why. I I would suggest finding another groomer that is reliable. Just unfortunate because she does a nice job, but you never know when she's going to up and leave you hanging! My reasoning for the one star is that my dog had to be put down this week and as crazy as it sounds, I would have liked her to have been groomed. I'm sure pet...

Tracey has been grooming our dogs for over 12 years. She’s knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I can relax and trust that my dogs are d safe while in her care. She always makes suggestions that benefit my dog, recently our oldest Golden was suffering from the heat and she gave her a cut that transformed her. Anna is playful again and much cooler.
