Below is an email I just received from him, more than a month after an accident involving USPS losing a package we sent to them.

"Hey Coppell - Joe @ Don's TV here.
You rebuilt a Panasonic buffer for me (tnpa5340) that P.O lost on the way back. You refunded my money. Well, it finally arrived over a month later - box a bit mangled, but board still looks ok. I'll keep it for stock. So I owe you for repair. Let me know how to repay you & how much ($74.95 I believe?). Let me know."
So here...if you read this review wondering if you should give Don's TV Services your business...ask yourself...how many people will track you down a month after you paid them to tell you it wasn't your fault and that they OWE YOU money?

   Read moreScreen burned out on my 55" Samsung. Still had audio, but no video when the TV was powered on. Called Best Buy "Geek Squad" and was told it would be $100 for them to come out, $100 for the estimate, and then the actual cost of what it would take to fix the tv (parts, labor, etc.). Took it to Dons TV and within 2 days of dropping TV off got an estimate and a perfectly working TV for not much more than the price Geek Squad offered just to come to my house. I recommend Dons TV to all my friends now if they are having any issues. Very happy...
