I started going into this store cuz a tall gentleman by the name Jon S (a manager) was so helpful. As a woman I sometimes feel like people at these auto parts stores donāt want to give me the time of day. That or they try to sell me anything and everything including stuff I donāt need. But Jon S was so extremely helpful. Not only told me exactly what I needed, but also explained why I needed it. But also gave me prices which really helped. I felt very confident that he was concerned about my needs, and never felt uncomfortable. Always professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, understanding and a true asset to AutoZone! He once said that he treats not only women but also men, as tho they were family. He wants everyone to be safe on the roads. But now come to find out he no longer works for the company. They said he was let go. That makes me sad, and mad at the same time. I guess Iāll take my business elsewhere cuz the people that are there now are rude, and dumber than a box of rocks!! He quickly went inside the store and came out with the right belt for my 2011 Honda Pilot LX. If it had not been for him, I would have still been stranded without a drivable vehicle. I would like to thank Artesha, who waited on me, for her kindness and friendly service as well. In conclusion, I was back on the road in approximately 30 mins.

When he went to pick it up, it was marked āno faultsā yet he was charged as if the full service had been performed. When he asked about it, the person behind the counter was rude to the point of being accusatory. The person, who my 80+ year old dad believed was the manager āgot right in his faceā, speaking rudely. In my opinion this was uncalled for and this store has lost our business...
