Taqueria La Original — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

We ordered chicken quesadillas, chips and queso and a beef fajita taco at 7pm. They had 3 people in there waiting on food, 2 couples eating…so not too busy! We got BEEF quesadillas at 732 and told them, but they didn’t remake or do anything just said sorry…finally got chips and queso at 743. We asked where my taco was at 748 and finally received a chicken taco at 753. We asked to receive a to go container for the taco but never did….so we finally left! I will never be back…horrible experience and they didn’t even care they were a hot mess. I get it things happen, but workers should actually care about experience they give...

Great place! Just by chance I was at the laundromat and I looked next door and there was Taqueria la Original. There was a constant stream of customers coming in and out even at 2:00 in the afternoon. My curiosity was peaked! I ordered a gordita and my husband ordered fish tacos. We also ordered sodas and chips and salsa. Their food does not disappoint. It was fresh hot and made to order. The gordita was full of meat, the fish was tender, the salsa was exceptional and they gave us more chips than we could eat. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was very clean. This place is so great, I have never been disappointed. Tacos, tortas, flautas, gorditas, everything has been delicious. The agua fresca is on point, and they have desserts, snacks, and beer also. The only complaint I have is that you have to order sides of rice and beans and it will cost you as much as your meal just to have rice and beans. Got a $4 meal last time I was there, added a small drink and small side of rice and beans and my total ended up being $14. Yikes! Other than that, my experience here has...
